INTRODUCTION:
Do you see yourself in the subjects you study? Much learning material is non-reflective of real life and work identity. Naturally to understand something we are required to look at it; Study it! right? What causes you to Study a thing? What comes to mind when you think of Study? Why is, What, where and how we Study significant to growth? Is it enough to simply have knowledge of a thing?
Our Purpose is about Work and how we work, but we also believe before we get into doing work differently, that we do better to understand who is doing the work. Make sense? That’s why at WLFI we start with a learning platform. For many of us when we think of ‘Study’ we think of a school, university, lots of words, tests, exams, anxiety, headiness and more alike. Over centuries, the classroom and life education has brought a cocktail of emotions, struggle, and the inquiry of the teacher-student relationship, even at the best of times, to the point where the gap between education and the application of work/employment/business/personal growth continues to be wide and generally misunderstood.
Did you know that most work-life things that go wrong is most likely because something was misunderstood? perspectives coming from mixed feeling, controversy, half-truths, conjecture, guesses and distracting facts. can widen the gap between loss and success
